“为解决学生放学早、家长接送难这一现实问题，我市率先在潍坊市实现义务教育阶段课后服务全覆盖，开设服务课程700余门，4.5万余名学生受益。在此基础上，我们又打造延时服务2.0版本，遵循‘自愿参与、公益普惠、共建共享、公开透明’原则，实施全域小学假期托管服务，开放活包養網动场所近百个，充分满足学生成长和家长暑期托管需求，实现惠民服务从课堂到课后再到假期的‘三级跳’。”昌邑市教育和体育局总督学王军芳介绍。

课后服务从学校“不打烊”到课程“不重样”。该市结合打造的“一校一特色、一校一品牌”，实现特色课程“开优开好”，也成为课后服务的重要载体。十字路小学“劳谦君子”教育、龙池小学“峥嵘”革命实践教育、柳疃小学“丝路绸语”文化教育等60余所学校的特色课程，成为具有一定区域影包養响力的教育品牌；以海洋文化教育为特色的下营镇九年一贯制学校获评山东省全环境育人规范校、山东省海洋意识教育基地。

做精做细惠民实事，让教育更有温度。针对学生入学报名“通宵排队”，昌邑市创新搭建昌邑市教育惠民综合应用服务平台，打通教体、公安、民政、人社等部门“信息孤岛”“数据壁垒”，打造“一键入学”新模式，推行义务教育入学“零证明”，让数据多跑路、家长零跑腿，打通服务群众“最后一公里”，服务4万余人次；该市高标准建设了165处“家长驿站”，极大方便了家长接送孩子；健全完善留守儿童、务工人员随迁子女的教育关爱体系，以及以特殊教育学校为引领、特教班和随班就读为主体、送教上门为补充的特殊教育体系；健全完善家庭经济困难学生资助体包養網系，累计资助学生3.5万人次，资助比例100%，中小学入学率100%……

“办好教育是最大的民心工程，近年来我们持续加大投入，奋力推动教育高质量发展，不断提升群众的获得感和幸福感，2013年昌邑成功创建为首批‘全国义务教育发展基本均衡县’，2022年作为山东省5处县市区之一被教育部确定为‘全国义务教育优质均衡包養網先行创建县’，2023年正在积极申报‘全国学前教育普及普惠县’，我们的目标是让每一个孩子都享受到公平优质的教育。”昌邑市委副书记、市长孙波说。
